\u500d\u55ae\u4f4d\u9762\u7a4d\u5bc6\u5ea6\u4f86\u9054\u5230\u66f4\u9ad8\u5806\u758a\u7684 NAND \u4e4b\u5916 (\u7a81\u7834300\u5c64\u9650\u5236\u3001\u89e3\u6c7a\u5132\u5b58\u5bb9\u91cf\u63d0\u5347\u8207\u6563\u71b1\u6548\u7387\u7b49\u554f\u984c)\uff0c2027 \u5e74\u4e5f\u8a08\u756b\u63a8\u9032\u81f3 V11 NAND (sub-10 nm DRAM)\uff0c\u6b64\u6642\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\u50b3\u8f38\u901f\u5ea6\u5c07\u63d0\u9ad8 NAND\uff0c\u8ddd\u96e2\u9810\u8a08\u7684 400 \u5c64\u9084\u6709\u4e00\u9ede\u8ddd\u96e2\u8207\u4e00\u4e9b\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u5c31\u770b\u66f4\u5148\u9032\u7684 10 \u4ee3 V-NAND \u6280\u8853 (BV BAND) \u80fd\u5426\u5feb\u901f\u5be6\u73fe 400 \u5c64\u7684\u5922\u60f3\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u80fd\u63d0\u65e9\u63a8\u51fa\u5c31\u66f4\u597d\u4e86\uff0c\u4f46 2030 \u5e74\u7684 1000 \u5c64&#8230;\uff0c\u5c31\u770b\u5230\u6642\u5019\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u5982\u4f55\u624d\u80fd\u4e0b\u5b9a\u8ad6\u4e86\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u90fd\u53ea\u662f\u5ee0\u5546\u7aef\u7684\u8a08\u756b\u800c\u5df2\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n<div
