SSD\u300cPCB01\u300d\uff0c\u9810\u8a08\u5c07\u65bc\u4eca\u5e74\u5167\u958b\u59cb\u91cf\u7522\u4e26\u4e14\u63a8\u51fa\u5230\u5e02\u5834\u4e0a\uff0c\u9019\u6b3e\u865f\u7a31\u696d\u754c\u6700\u9ad8\u6027\u80fd\u7684 PCB01 \u53ef\u662f\u652f\u63f4 PCIE 5.0 x8 \u7684\u7248\u672c\uff0c\u8f03\u4e00\u822c\u5e38\u898b\u7684 x4 \u898f\u683c\u4f86\u7684\u66f4\u5177\u9ad8\u6027\u80fd\u512a\u52e2\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n<div \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>\u8b80\u5beb\u901f\u5ea6\u4e0a\u53ef\u9054 14GB\/s \u8207 12GB\/s\uff0c\u76f8\u8f03\u65bc\u81ea\u5bb6\u4e0a\u4e00\u4ee3\u7522\u54c1\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u65b0\u6b3e\u7684 PCB01 \u63d0\u5347\u4e86 30% \u4ee5\u4e0a\uff0c\u53ef\u589e\u52a0AI\u65b9\u9762\u5927\u898f\u6a21\u904b\u7b97\u4e0a\u7684\u7a69\u5b9a\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SK Hynix \u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u516c\u53f8\u5728 PCB01 \u7387\u5148\u9069\u7528\u4e86 PCIe 5.0 x8 \u898f\u683c\uff0c\u4ee5\u986f\u8457\u63d0\u5347\u8cc7\u6599\u8655\u7406\u901f\u5ea6\u7b49\u6027\u80fd\uff0c\u5728\u7e7c HBM \u7b49\u8d85\u9ad8\u6027\u80fd DRAM \u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u4e5f\u5728 NAND \u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u65b9\u9762\u6210\u529f\u958b\u767c\u51fa\u6700\u9ad8\u6a19\u6e96\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u4ee5\u5f15\u9818\u9762\u5411 AI \u7684\u5132\u5b58\u5e02\u5834\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u9019\u6b3e PCB01 SSD \u4e0a\u6709\u63a1\u7528\u4e86 SLC Caching \u6280\u8853\u80fd\u63d0\u5347 AI \u61c9\u7528\u904b\u7b97\u7684\u901f\u5ea6\uff0c\u53e6\u5916\u4e5f\u642d\u8f09\u4e86\u4fdd\u8b77\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u6599\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u914d\u7f6e RoT (Root of Trust) \u786c\u9ad4\u6a21\u7d44\u80fd\u9632\u6b62\u8cc7\u6599\u507d\u9020\u3001\u7be1\u6539\u7b49\u5b89\u5168\u7591\u616e\uff0c\u81f3\u65bc\u5bb9\u91cf\u65b9\u9762\u4e5f\u5c07\u63d0\u4f9b 512GB\u30011TB
