Engineers\uff09\u96fb\u6c23\u548c\u96fb\u5b50\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e2b\u5354\u6703\u662f\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u6700\u5927\u7684\u6280\u8853\u5c08\u696d\u7d44\u7e54\uff0c\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u63a8\u52d5\u4eba\u985e\u6280\u8853\u9032\u6b65\uff0c\u65bc\u00a02006 \u5e74\u8207\u00a0RSE \u5408\u4f5c\u8a2d\u7acb\u4e86\u8a72\u734e\u7ae0\u3002\u8a72\u734e\u7ae0\u662f\u70ba\u4e86\u7d00\u5ff5\u540c\u70ba IEEE \u9662\u58eb\u7684\u00a019 \u4e16\u7d00\u8607\u683c\u862d\u6578\u5b78\u5bb6\u548c\u7269\u7406\u5b78\u5bb6\u00a0James Clerk Maxwell\u3002\u99ac\u514b\u58eb\u5a01\u5960\u5b9a\u4e86\u96fb\u78c1\u6ce2\u7406\u8ad6\u3001\u7121\u7dda\u96fb\u50b3\u64ad\u3001\u5fae\u6ce2\u6280\u8853\u548c\u7121\u7dda\u96fb\u901a\u4fe1\u7684\u57fa\u790e\uff0c\u88ab\u8a8d\u70ba\u662f\u73fe\u4ee3\u96fb\u78c1\u5b78\u4e4b\u7236\u3002\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u82f1\u570b\u7687\u5ba4\u5b89\u59ae\u516c\u4e3b\u8207 IEEE \u4e3b\u5e2d\u517c CEO Saifur Rahman \u5728\u5100\u5f0f\u4e0a\u5411\u5f35\u6559\u6388\u9812\u767c\u4e86\u00a0IEEE\/RSE James Clerk Maxwell \u734e\u7ae0\u3002\u201c\u8a72\u734e\u9805\u8c61\u5fb5\u8457\u96fb\u5b50\u548c\u96fb\u6c23\u5de5\u7a0b\u5275\u65b0\u5c0d\u793e\u6703\u7684\u6df1\u9060\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u201d\u62c9\u8d6b\u66fc\u5148\u751f\u8aaa\u9053\u3002\u201cIEEE \u548c\u00a0RSE \u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u5925\u4f34\u95dc\u4fc2\u5c07\u7e7c\u7e8c\u6210\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u5408\u4f5c\u548c\u77e5\u8b58\u4ea4\u6d41\u7684\u50ac\u5316\u5291\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5f88\u69ae\u5e78\u516c\u4e3b\u6bbf\u4e0b\u80fd\u8207 RSE \u4e00\u8d77\u8a8d\u53ef\u90a3\u4e9b\u9ad4\u73fe\u9019\u4e00\u50b3\u7d71\u7684\u5091\u51fa\u4eba\u58eb\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u5805\u5b9a\u4e0d\u79fb\u5730\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u901a\u904e\u6280\u8853\u6539\u5584\u4eba\u985e\u3002\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure \u7687\u5bb6\u734e\u7ae0\u7531\u82f1\u570b\u5973\u738b\u4f0a\u8389\u838e\u767d\u4e8c\u4e16\u65bc\u00a02000 \u5e74\u8a2d\u7acb\uff0c\u8fc4\u4eca\u70ba\u6b62\u5df2\u6709 52 \u540d\u500b\u4eba\u7372\u734e\u8005\u3002\u8a72\u734e\u9805\u6bcf\u5e74\u9812\u767c\u7d66\u5728\u751f\u547d\u3001\u7269\u7406\u3001\u5de5\u7a0b\u548c\u6578\u5b78\u3001\u85dd\u8853\u3001\u4eba\u6587\u548c\u793e\u6703\u79d1\u5b78\u4ee5\u53ca\u5546\u696d\u3001\u516c\u5171\u670d\u52d9\u548c\u516c\u5171\u53c3\u8207\u9818\u57df\u53d6\u5f97\u5091\u51fa\u6210\u5c31\u4e26\u4eab\u6709\u570b\u969b\u8072\u8b7d\u7684\u500b\u4eba\u3002\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5f35\u61cb\u4e2d\u6559\u6388\u4f5c\u70ba\u8010\u80fd\u7684\u806f\u5408\u5275\u8fa6\u4eba\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u662f\u52a0\u5dde\u5927\u5b78\u6d1b\u6749\u78ef\u5206\u6821\u96fb\u5b50\u5de5\u7a0b\u7cfb\u4e3b\u4efb\u66a8\u5091\u51fa\u6559\u6388\uff0c\u66fe\u4efb\u672a\u4f86\u79d1\u5b78\u5927\u734e\u79d1\u5b78\u59d4\u54e1\u6703 James Clerk Maxwell \u734e\u7ae0\u662f\u5168\u7403\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\u79d1\u5b78\u3001\u6280\u8853\u3001\u5de5\u7a0b\u548c\u6578\u5b78\u9818\u57df\u7684\u6700\u9ad8\u69ae\u8b7d\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u6b64\u6b21\u734e\u7ae0\u7684\u7372\u6388\uff0c\u7121\u7591\u5c55\u793a\u4e86\u8010\u80fd\u5728\u6280\u8853\u5275\u65b0\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u53ca\u5be6\u529b\u518d\u6b21\u7372\u5f97\u696d\u754c\u8a8d\u53ef\u3002\u672a\u4f86\uff0c\u8010\u80fd\u5c07\u7e7c\u7e8c\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u63d0\u9ad8\u81ea\u8eab\u7814\u767c\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u6301\u7e8c\u5275\u65b0\u3002\u5c07\u66f4\u591a\u7684
