RTL Pro\u00a0\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u64f4\u5c55\u4e86\u00a0Tessent\u00a0\u7522\u54c1\u7d44\u5408\u9818\u5148\u7684\u8a2d\u8a08\u7de8\u8f2f\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u53ef\u5728\u8a2d\u8a08\u65e9\u671f\u81ea\u52d5\u5206\u6790\u4e26\u63d2\u5165\u00a0test points, wrapper cells\u00a0\u548c\u00a0x-bounding\u00a0\u908f\u8f2f\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u5e6b\u52a9\u5ba2\u6236\u7e2e\u77ed\u8a2d\u8a08\u9031\u671f\uff0c\u4e26\u63d0\u9ad8\u5176\u8a2d\u8a08\u7684\u53ef\u6e2c\u8a66\u6027\u3002\u8207\u5176\u4ed6\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u662f\uff0cTessent RTL Pro\u00a0\u53ef\u8655\u7406\u8907\u96dc\u7684\u00a0Verilog\u00a0\u548c\u00a0SystemVerilog\u00a0\u69cb\u9020\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4fdd\u6301\u539f\u59cb\u00a0RTL\u00a0\u8a2d\u8a08\u7684\u5916\u89c0\u548c\u9ad4\u9a57\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure Corporation\u00a0\u5171\u4eab\u7814\u767c\u00a0EDA\u00a0\u696d\u52d9\u90e8\u6578\u4f4d\u8a2d\u8a08\u6280\u8853\u90e8\u9580\u7684\u00a0EDA\u00a0\u8cc7\u6df1\u9996\u5e2d\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e2b\u00a0Tatsuya Saito\u00a0\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u300c\u63a1\u7528\u00a0Tessent RTL Pro\u00a0\u8a2d\u8a08\u65b0\u4e00\u4ee3\u6c7d\u8eca\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\uff0c\u4f7f\u6211\u5011\u80fd\u5920\u6301\u7e8c\u63a8\u9032\u8a2d\u8a08\u6d41\u7a0b\u7684\u00a0shift-left\u00a0\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u50b3\u7d71\u8a2d\u8a08\u6d41\u7a0b\u7684\u758a\u4ee3\u6b21\u6578\u3002\u73fe\u5728\u6211\u5011\u4e0d\u4f46\u53ef\u4ee5\u9054\u6210\u9019\u4e00\u5207\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u9084\u53ef\u4fdd\u6301\u4e00\u6d41\u7684\u8986\u84cb\u7387\u548c\u5411\u91cf\u6578\u91cf\uff0c\u70ba\u5f8c\u7aef\u548c\u9a57\u8b49\u5718\u968a\u63d0\u4f9b\u5305\u542b\u6240\u6709\u00a0Tessent RTL Pro\u80fd\u8207\u897f\u9580\u5b50\u9818\u5148\u7684&nbsp;Tessent DFT&nbsp;\u5de5\u5177\u642d\u914d\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u696d\u754c\u9996\u5275\u529f\u80fd\u3002Tessent RTL RTL Pro&nbsp;\u7684\u300cshift-left\u300d\u529f\u80fd\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u589e\u5f37\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u5de5\u5177\u5728\u5408\u6210\u524d\u589e\u52a0&nbsp;DFT&nbsp;\u908f\u8f2f\u6642\u512a\u5316\u9762\u7a4d\u548c\u6642\u5e8f\u7684\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u53ea\u9700\u57f7\u884c\u9598\u6975\u96fb\u8def\u7684\u6383\u63cf\u934a\u63d2\u5165\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u8a2d\u8a08\u63d2\u5165\u662f\u5728&nbsp;RTL&nbsp;\u958b\u767c\u968e\u6bb5\u9032\u884c\uff0c\u900f\u904e&nbsp;RTL&nbsp;\u8f38\u51fa\uff0c\u53ef\u5be6\u73fe\u8207\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u5408\u6210\u548c\u9a57\u8b49\u8edf\u9ad4\u7121\u7e2b\u6574\u5408\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0cRTL
