\u91cd\u8996\u591a\u5143\u3001\u5e73\u7b49\u3001\u5305\u5bb9\u7684\u8077\u5834\u74b0\u5883\u8207\u4f01\u696d\u6587\u5316\uff0c\u986f\u73fe HPE Technology\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u9080\u8acb\u9802\u5c16\u5927\u5b78\u7684STEM\u5973\u540c\u5b78\u4e00\u540c\u63a2\u7d22HPE\u5728\u53f0\u7814\u767c\u3001\u696d\u52d9\u8207\u63a1\u8cfc\u91cd\u93ae<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>HPE \u8eab\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u6027\u7684\u908a\u7de3\u5230\u96f2\u7aef\u3001\u5e73\u53f0\u5373\u670d\u52d9\u9818\u5c0e\u5ee0\u5546\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u5305\u62ec\u4f3a\u670d\u5668\u3001\u96f2\u7aef\u53ca IT \u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u5354\u52a9\u4f01\u696d\u5b8c\u6210\u6578\u4f4d\u8f49\u578b\u3002\u7136\u800c\u4e0d\u50c5\u8457\u91cd\u65bc\u65b0\u6280\u8853\u7684\u7814\u767c\u548c\u5c0d\u65bc\u7d44\u7e54\u5167\u90e8\u7684\u50f9\u503c\uff0cHPE \u540c\u6a23\u91cd\u8996\u793e\u6703\u8cac\u4efb\u7684\u63d0\u5021\u3002HPE \u63d0\u51fa\u300c\u591a\u5143\u3001\u5e73\u7b49\u53ca\u5305\u5bb9\uff08Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion\uff0cDE&amp;I\uff09\u300d\u7684\u4f01\u696d\u5b88\u5247\uff0c\u4e26\u6210\u7acb\u5167\u90e8\u4e0d\u540c\u793e\u5718\u7d44\u7e54\u3001\u5236\u5b9a\u516c\u5e73\u6a5f\u5236\u4ee5\u53ca\u898f\u5283\u6d3b\u52d5\u7b49\u591a\u65b9\u9762\u8cc7\u6e90\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u5f37\u5316 DE&amp;I \u7684\u7406\u5ff5\u63a8\u5ee3\u548c\u5be6\u8e10\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5176\u4e2d\uff0cHPE \u76f8\u7576\u91cd\u8996\u5973\u6027\u5728\u79d1\u6280\u7522\u696d\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u548c\u7af6\u722d\u529b\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u6210\u7acb Women ERG\uff08Employee Resources Group\uff09\u7684\u4f01\u696d\u5167\u90e8\u7d44\u7e54\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u793e\u7fa4\u7db2\u7d61\u548c\u5b78\u7fd2\u6a5f\u6703\uff0c\u652f\u6301\u5973\u6027\u54e1\u5de5\u7684\u8077\u6daf\u767c\u5c55\u3002WERG \u4e5f\u4e0d\u6642\u8209\u8fa6\u5404\u7a2e\u6f14\u8b1b\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u914d\u5408\u570b\u969b\u7bc0\u65e5\u8209\u8fa6\u7684\u5927\u5c0f\u6d3b\u52d5\u3001\u5973\u6027\u8b70\u984c\u5c55\u89bd\u4ee5\u53ca\u5206\u4eab\u5973\u6027\u5728\u5bb6\u5ead\u8207\u8077\u5834\u9593\u5982\u4f55\u9054\u5230\u5e73\u8861\u7b49\u4ea4\u6d41\u8ad6\u58c7\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u8c50\u5bcc\u7684\u5169\u6027\u5e73\u6b0a\u8cc7\u6e90\u8207\u652f\u6301\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>HPE \u53f0\u7063\u4eca\u5e74 7 \u6708\u8209\u8fa6\u300cGirls X Technology\u300d\u4e00\u65e5\u4f01\u696d\u53c3\u8a2a\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u7531\u5728\u8077\u5973\u6027\u54e1\u5de5\u5206\u4eab HPE \u5728\u53f0\u7063\u7684\u7814\u767c\u3001\u5c08\u6848\u7ba1\u7406\u53ca\u5168\u7403\u7b56\u7565\u63a1\u8cfc\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5de5\u4f5c\u65e5\u5e38\uff0c\u8b93 50 \u591a\u4f4d\u5c31\u8b80\u53f0\u7063\u5927\u5b78\u3001\u6e05\u83ef\u5927\u5b78\u3001\u967d\u660e\u4ea4\u901a\u5927\u5b78\u53ca\u53f0\u7063\u79d1\u6280\u5927\u5b78\u7b49\u591a\u6240\u9802\u5c16\u5927\u5c08\u9662\u6821\u7684\u7406\u5de5\u53ca\u5546\u7ba1\u79d1\u7cfb\u5973\u540c\u5b78\u4e86\u89e3\u5230\uff0c\u5973\u6027\u5728 STEM \u9818\u57df\u4e5f\u6709\u76f8\u7576\u591a\u7684\u8077\u6daf\u767c\u5c55\u6a5f\u6703\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u900f\u904e\u591a\u5143\u7684\u6d3b\u52d5\u5b89\u6392\u53ca\u8cc7\u6e90\u63d0\u4f9b\uff0cHPE \u4e5f\u5728\u5169\u6027\u5e73\u6b0a\u7684\u793e\u6703\u8cac\u4efb\u4e0a\u5c55\u73fe\u51fa\u4eae\u773c\u7684\u6210\u679c\u3002HPE \u5e74\u5ea6 ESG \u4f01\u696d\u5831\u544a\u66f8\u300a2021 Living Progress Report\u300b\u63d0\u5230\uff0cHPE \u6574\u9ad4\u7684\u5973\u6027\u4e3b\u7ba1\u7684\u6bd4\u4f8b\u9010\u5e74\u589e\u52a0 1\u2105\u3002\u6b64\u5916 HPE \u53f0\u7063\u5167\u90e8\u64d4\u4efb\u4e3b\u7ba1\u7684\u5973\u6027\u5360\u6bd4\u70ba 33\u2105\uff0c\u9ad8\u65bc\u696d\u754c\u5e73\u5747 15 \u500b\u767e\u5206\u9ede\u3002\u4e0d\u50c5\u5c31\u5728\u8077\u54e1\u5de5\u7684\u5e73\u6b0a\u9032\u884c\u52aa\u529b\uff0cHPE \u53f0\u7063\u5728 2021 \u5e74\u62db\u52df\u7684\u5be6\u7fd2\u751f\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e5f\u6709 60% \u7684\u5973\u6027\u8f49\u4efb\u70ba\u6b63\u8077\u54e1\u5de5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>HPE \u6a19\u6e96\u904b\u7b97\u7cfb\u7d71\u4e8b\u696d\u7fa4\u5168\u7403\u7814\u767c\u4e2d\u5fc3\u526f\u7e3d\u88c1\u90ed\u5d27\u4fe0\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u300c\u591a\u5143\u5e73\u7b49\u5305\u5bb9\u5c0d\u65bc\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u662f\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u7684\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u671f\u671b\u4e0d\u540c\u80cc\u666f\u7684\u6210\u54e1\u90fd\u80fd\u52a0\u5165 HPE\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u76f8\u4e92\u5408\u4f5c\u6fc0\u767c\u51fa\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u5275\u65b0\u7d50\u679c\u3002\u300d\u90ed\u5d27\u4fe0\u4e5f\u8868\u793a\uff0cHPE STEM
