\u8868\u793a\uff0cGDDR7 \u7684\u983b\u5bec\u5c07\u53ef\u4ee5\u9054\u5230 36 Gbps\uff0c\u8207 Radeon RX 6000 \u4f7f\u7528\u7684 GDDR6 \u983b\u5bec\u70ba 18 Gbps \u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u50b3\u8f38\u6548\u80fd\u4e0a\u5347\u5169\u500d\u3002\u63db\u7b97\u4e0b\u4f86\uff0c\u672a\u4f86\u986f\u793a\u5361\u5982\u679c\u63a1\u7528 256-bit \u7684 GDDR7\uff0c\u5176\u50b3\u8f38\u983b\u5bec\u5c07\u80fd\u4f86\u5230 1152 GB\/s (1TB=1024GB)\uff0c\u5df2\u7d93\u76f4\u903c\u7528\u4e0a 384-bit GDDR6X\uff0c\u4ee5\u7e3d\u983b\u5bec\u70ba 1186.6GB\/s \u7684 RTX4090\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u82e5\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u63db\u6210 384-bit \u7684 GDDR7\u7684\u8a71\uff0c\u983b\u5bec\u66f4\u662f\u53ef\u4ee5\u885d\u4e0a 1728 GB\/s\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u70ba\u4e86\u907f\u514d\u50b3\u8f38\u6548\u80fd\u8d8a\u9ad8\uff0c\u6676\u7247\u767c\u71b1\u8d8a\u56b4\u91cd\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0cSamsung \u5c07 GDDR7 \u7684\u8a0a\u865f\u66f4\u63db\u70ba\u4e86 PAM3\uff0c\u865f\u7a31\u80fd\u5920\u7bc0\u7701 25% \u9032\u884c\u7d44\u5408\uff0c\u5728\u904e\u53bb\u79d1\u6280\u696d\u8a8d\u70ba PAM3 \u7528\u65bc\u8a18\u61b6\u9ad4\u7684\u6548\u7387\u6703\u597d\u904e PAM4\u3001\u4f46\u905c\u65bc NRZ\uff0c\u4e0d\u904e\u81ea\u5f9e Micron \u4ee5 PAM4 \u4f5c\u70ba GDDR6X \u8a0a\u865f\u50b3\u8f38\uff0c\u52a0\u4e0a\u9019\u6b21 Samsung \u9078\u64c7\u4f7f\u7528 PAM3 \u4f5c\u70ba GDDR7
